The Cargo iQ Q Rally continues

The Quality Rally, or Q Rally as it is known, is an ongoing Cargo iQ initiative promoting collaboration and problem solving amongst our members to implement innovative solutions for the benefit of the air cargo industry. The first stage of the Q Rally took place in November last year during the Cargo iQ Working Group in Budapest, Hungary, and, following its huge success, the second stage was completed during the recent Working Group in Prague, Czechia. Representatives from Panalpina and Air France KLM Martinair Cargo, were crowned winners of the second stage after working together to improve the rate of successful provision and receipt of arrival messages from incoming flights. A warm welcome to new board members

In May, Cargo iQ announced a change in leadership of its membership Board and welcomed representatives from Emirates SkyCargo and Kuehne + Nagel. Henrik Ambak, Senior Vice President of Cargo Operations Worldwide at Emirates SkyCargo, has been appointed Chair of Cargo iQ’s Board. Welcome to the June inSight!

As we head into summer in Geneva, we are happy to bring you a round-up of our achievements and developments during the past couple of months. In May, after a mail-vote, we welcomed our new board under the leadership of Henrik Ambak, Senior Vice President of Cargo Operations Worldwide at Emirates Sky Cargo as the new Chair , and Kerstin Strauss, Vice President and Head of Global Air Logistics Operations at Kuehne + Nagel as our new Vice-Chair. Both Henrik and Kerstin bring extensive industry knowledge to the Cargo iQ Board and we look forward to working with them during the next year.
