Approach
With the Cargo iQ Route Map as the centrepiece, our members strengthen a cross-stakeholder quality system by:

jointly mapping the air freight process in the Master Operating Plan (MOP);

generating and sharing one Route Map containing process indicators and KPIs;

adopting a pragmatic, data-driven continuous improvement discipline; and
