With the Cargo iQ Route Map as the center piece, the membership's strategy is to strengthen its cross-stakeholder quality system by

Jointly mapping out the Air Freight in the Master Operating Plan (MOP)
Generating and sharing one Route Map, that contains Process Indictors and KPI.
Adopting a pragmatic data-driven continuous improvement discipline
Holding eachother accountable for implementation by designing a data-driven audit and certification scheme.
