Maintaining the Aircargo ​​
Master Operating Plan (MOP)
The Master Operating Plan outlines the key processes and sub-processes of transporting an shipment from shipper to consignee. Its also contains common milestones and KPI so that each player in the chain is working with the same set of Performance Management standards.
Cargo iQ members work together to improve the specifications for the planning, re-planning and measurement of shipments. The Route maps, the shipment qualification criteria and reporting are upgraded yearly.
