Our virtual working group, which took place on the 25th and 26th of June, saw members gather online to discuss reporting and smart data, Tiers, scorecard, ONE Record migration planning, work packages, shipment coverage, proposed FWB validation mechanisms, RFS specifications, Customs Clearance processes, and many other topics.

The working group is a place where the membership discusses updates to on-going projects, talk about work packages and specs that are ready for implementation, and share best practices.

Discussions focused on how we can utilise data to level up our actionable dashboards, while others centred around the addition of the RFS scenarios, which will address the issues around shipment disqualification cases.

During the coverage workshop, we looked at three key items, booking issues in general, shipments managed by GSSAs and interline shipments.

With more ground handlers joining cargo iQ it is vital that we further develop it station route maps, capture Milestones that are relevant for their operation and SLA Measurements.

Finally, we had the usual healthy debates which sparked some interesting conversations, gaining us insights which will undoubtably flow into more developments.
