Working Groups
Cargo iQ members collaborate around the topic of performance management in permanent and temporary sub-working groups. Each sub-working group is composed of different stakeholder types and their deliverables captured in a Terms of Reference document. The Cargo iQ team and sub-working group chairs facilitate online and face-2-face workshops to plan, deliver, learn togheher and make our Route Maps evolve . Consequently a solution or approach proposal is presented to the larger membership, reviewed and brought forward for adoption.

Topics go from: data completion, data real time availability, process performance or lead time or SLA compliance. An ideal place to share success and exchange learnings

Implementation Sessions
