Working Groups
Cargo iQ members collaborate around the topic of performance management in permanent and temporary sub-working groups. Each sub-working group is composed of different stakeholder types and their deliverables captured in a Terms of Reference document.
Spring and Autumn Working Sessions
During a 3 -day working group session, all Cargo iQ Members are contributing to work packages and projects.
These sessions includes a plenary session for project updates, a range of sub-working groups meetings, speed dating slots for bilateral performance management reviews and Implementation sessions
Quality Rally
Members are showcasing, data-driven continuous improvement efforts, conducted with another member. The presentation needs to follow a structure, be data-driven, describe both results but also roadblocks and learnings. Topics go from: data completion, data real time availability, process performance or lead time or SLA compliance. An ideal place to share success and exchange learnings
